If you hold the brand and the market, we can arrange manufacture, packing and documentation through our licensed manufacturing partners.
VisMap Healthcare Solutions is a marketing company. We do not hold a manufacturing licence and we do not operate a plant. What we do is place your product with a licensed manufacturing partner whose facility and approvals suit it, and manage the work from artwork through to dispatch.That distinction matters for your paperwork: the pack will carry the manufacturer's name, address and licence number as "Manufactured by", and your company as "Marketed by".

01 Requirement
We begin by understanding your product requirements to identify the right third-party manufacturing partner for your business.
Composition: Required ingredients, strength, dosage form, and formulation.
Packaging: Preferred packaging type, pack size, labelling, and artwork requirements.
Quantity: Required order quantity and expected future demand.
Target Price: Your expected manufacturing cost or budget to help us explore suitable options.
Our focus: To understand your needs clearly and provide suitable manufacturing solutions based on product specifications, quality requirements, budget, and timelines.
02 Quotation
Once your product requirements are confirmed, we coordinate with suitable third-party manufacturers to obtain quotations based on the required composition, packaging, and order quantity.
The quotation includes the price per pack for a specified batch size, along with applicable costs, estimated production timelines, and other relevant commercial terms, as confirmed by the manufacturer.
Our focus: Helping you evaluate suitable manufacturing options based on your budget and business needs.
03 Artwork & documents
We coordinate the preparation and review of product artwork and required documentation to support the manufacturing process.
This includes carton and strip/foil artwork, product labels, and label particulars such as product name, composition, strength, pack size, batch details, manufacturing and expiry information, and other applicable statutory declarations.
We coordinate with the customer and manufacturer to ensure the artwork and documents are reviewed and approved by the responsible parties before production.
Our focus: Supporting accurate artwork, complete documentation, and a smooth approval process.
04 Manufacture & dispatch
After the required approvals and order confirmation, the manufacturing partner proceeds with production according to the agreed product specifications and applicable quality requirements.
The batch undergoes the required testing and quality checks before release by the manufacturer’s authorised quality team. Once released, the finished goods are packed and dispatched to the agreed delivery location, with applicable batch and quality documents.
